Vertu Toyota Barnsley staff were good because I t was time to get a new car after having my since 2007. I find buying cars very stressful,. A Friend of mine always goes to this garage for her cars and is always happy with her cars and the customer care she receives. Knowing a Toyota car is exceptional value for money I went to Barnsley branch. I’d consider myself to be a customer from hell when it comes to buying cars. Ian the sales assistant understood how nervous I was buying another car and he reassured me. I had the ceramic coating put on the car and when I picked it up it looked like a brand new car. Everything promised was to my satisfaction. I went in a few times before and after receiving my car, everyone was genuinely helpful and friendly. I’m loving my new car and I highly recommended to anyone to go to this garage.. A massive thank you to Ian and each and everyone of the staff

My experience at Vertu Toyota Barnsley was memorable because, though I asked a good many questions about the car I was considering, the salesman, Andre, took the time and care to address every one fully, whether in person, when I telephoned, or when I emailed him. Thanks to Andre's help, and the way he patiently addressed each point in turn, I am very pleased with the decision I made, which has resulted in my wife and me driving around with big smiles in what is probably the most comfortable car we've ever had. So comfortable, I'd happily drive it anywhere, and with such great fuel economy that I could probably afford to.
